Shipping policy

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 3:30pm will be fulfilled the same business day. Orders received over weekends/holidays and after 3:30pm will be processed the following business day. After your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders shipped via the Standard Shipping method are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days, with the estimated arrival date provided by the shipping carrier. On occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to carrier delays. Once the package leaves our headquarters, any issues with shipping will need to be settled with the carrier. 

Custom orders will ship based on the lead time noted in the product listing.
