Order Processing, Shipping and Exchanges

When are orders processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received over weekends and on holidays will be processed the following business day. After your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders shipped via the Standard Shipping method are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. On occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to carrier delays.

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, with an estimated delivery date within 5-7 business days. Custom orders will ship based on the lead time noted in the product listing.

What are your shipping options?

We ship UPS and offer Ground Shipping, 3 Day Select Shipping and Next Day Air Saver Shipping.

I entered the incorrect shipping address! Can you update it?

If you need to alter your shipping address in any way, please contact us at as soon as possible. We can make changes to your address as long as the package has not left our headquarters. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has been shipped.

Can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?

Absolutely! If you are local and would like to pick up your order, please select the "in-store pickup" option at checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready.

What is your exchange policy?

We get it! Sometimes we change our mind too :)

We accept exchanges on full-priced products in their original and unworn condition within 14 days of the purchase date. We are happy to exchange any item for another of equal or greater value or we can offer store credit. Any transactional fees will not be credited. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. If it is a mistake on our part, we will provide a shipping label via email.

Please note: all sale items, pre-order items and custom items are final sale.

How can I exchange an item I purchased?

We'd be happy to assist with an exchange! Please be reminded that exchanges are only available on full priced items in their original and unworn condition within 14 days of the purchase date.

1. Email us at so we can know to expect a package from you. Let us know in the email which piece you would like to exchange it for.

2. Mail your item(s) to us at the following address:

3. We will process your exchange and ship out your order as soon as we receive your return.

What should I do if my package was damaged in transit?

If the contents of your shipment are damaged during transit, we will address this issue with the shipping carrier and repair or replace your items if possible. Please notify us immediately at We must be contacted of any damages within 7 days of your package being delivered.

Jewelry Care + Repairs

How should I care for my Harvest Jewels?

Our pieces are hand-crafted and delicate in nature. Here are a few ways to improve the longevity of your jewelry! Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after each wear. Store each piece separately in a dry and airtight location- such as your Harvest jewelry pouch. Avoid all chemical solutions, perfumes, perspiration, hair products and any kind of water. Always remove your jewelry before bedtime.

What is your repair policy?

Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered for 14 days from the date that you receive your purchase, and we're committed to replacing these quickly and at no cost.

If your jewelry needs repairs after 14 days from your purchase, please contact us for an evaluation of your repair. Each repair is evaluated and priced on a case by case basis and you will be invoiced for your repair once the repair is complete. Please expect 4-6 weeks for repairs.

Please note: the cost of repairs will vary based on the scale of damage.

Where can I shop for Harvest in store?

Our showroom is located in Fairhope, Alabama and is open Monday - Thursday from 9am to 4pm and on Friday from 9am to 3pm. The Harvest Team would love to help you style the perfect look! Please let us know when you'd like to stop by so that we can schedule your appointment. Due to having a small showroom, we do require scheduled appointments because we like our customers to enjoy an exclusive shopping experience!

Are custom chain lengths available?

We can make any necklace (or bracelet) any length you'd like! Send us a message and we'd be happy to make a piece just for you. Please note: all custom pieces are final sale.

I've got a specific jewelry piece in mind. Can I work with Harvest to create it?

Yes! Custom pieces are near and dear to us at Harvest Jewels. Submit an inquiry here and our designer Rosemary will contact you as soon as possible to start the design process.
