ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received over weekends and on holidays will be processed the following business day. After your order has been placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders shipped via the Standard Shipping method are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. On occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe due to carrier delays.

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, with an estimated delivery date within 2-4 business days. Custom orders will ship based on the lead time noted in the product listing.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges on full-priced products in their original and unworn condition within 14 days of the purchase date. We are happy to exchange any item for another of equal or greater value or we can offer store credit. Any transactional fees will not be credited. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. If it is a mistake on our part, we will provide a shipping label via email.
